We finally pulled the trigger on the perfect little casa in South Minneapolis (Minnehaha area)! It's been a whirlwind process putting together the loan, inspection, negotiations, etc..and I'm glad it's finally ours. Some of the best things:
- One family owner since it was built in 1922 (more on this story in a later post)
- Hardwood floors under the carpet (yay!)
- Built in dining room buffet
- Beautiful wood trim and arch
- Crystal doorknobs
- Unfinished basement
- Huge half story for a master bedroom suite (eventually)
- Location, location, location...we are right next to Minnehaha Parkway, Lake Nokomis and Minnehaha Falls
- And last but not least, lots of projects!
